Information in a first enquiry
Our English and Chinese enquiry forms request four required fields and five optional fields.
- Parent's name — required.
- Contact email — required.
- WhatsApp or WeChat contact — optional.
- Child's age or grade — required.
- Current school or curriculum — optional.
- Preferred country — required.
- Budget range — optional.
- Intended start date — optional.
- Main questions or concerns — optional.
You may also provide information in an email, phone conversation or messaging exchange. What you share there depends on your enquiry. The website enquiry form does not request file uploads.
Why we ask for these details
The enquiry is a starting point for discussing your family's education planning needs.
- Contact you about your enquiry and clarify your questions.
- Understand your child's grade, curriculum and language background, together with your family's budget and intended timing.
- Discuss relevant Singapore or Malaysia school pathways and the next planning steps.
Submitting an enquiry does not submit a school application or automatically engage an academic provider. This notice describes the use of enquiry information for responding to your enquiry and providing education planning support; it does not give permission for unrelated marketing.
Children's information and application documents
Parents or guardians can describe the child's needs without sending full identity documents at first contact.
Please leave passport numbers, identity numbers, complete identity documents and detailed medical records out of your initial enquiry. If a later application needs documents or additional sensitive information, the relevant requirements and submission arrangements should be explained separately. Only provide information about another person when you are entitled to do so.
Enquiry recipients and other providers
The website forms address enquiries to AREDA's [email protected] inbox.
The AREDA consultant team can access enquiry records. Information may be shared with Future Academy Singapore to better support the family and its education planning discussion.
Information may also need to be disclosed to relevant authorities or government agencies when required by applicable law.
If you contact us through WhatsApp or WeChat, the messaging service processes the exchange under its own terms and privacy information. Following an external school or provider link takes you to that organisation's service. A later school application or referral can involve additional information and a separate explanation of its recipients and requirements.
Where records are kept and who can access them
AREDA enquiry and application records are kept by Future Academy Singapore, with access for the AREDA consultant team.
The website uses HTTPS for your connection to aredaedu.com. Records provided through email or messaging are also handled through those services. Use the privacy contact below for questions about access to your records and their handling.
How long information is kept
Our current practice is to keep enquiry records until a deletion request is received. We do not currently have a fixed enquiry-retention schedule.
You can request deletion by writing to [email protected]. The request can be reviewed against records that remain necessary for a business or legal purpose. Detailed application or service records may require separate retention arrangements, explained when that service or application is undertaken.
Services and recipients outside your country
Website services, email, messaging and school applications can involve providers in different countries.
Future Academy Singapore is the business holding AREDA records. Website delivery and messaging providers operate their own service infrastructure and publish their own information about processing locations and transfers. The provider privacy links below describe their practices; this notice does not state that every server or message copy is physically in Singapore.
Website services, cookies and performance information
The inspected site uses language selection and page caching, and a Cloudflare browser performance beacon is present.
Loading pages involves requests to website hosting and delivery services. Providers may process technical request information such as network address, requested URL, browser information and performance timings. The site includes Cloudflare performance measurement.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. This does not disable every type of website request or performance measurement. WhatsApp and WeChat messages are handled by the chosen platform under its own terms and privacy information.

Privacy questions and requests
Send privacy questions or requests to [email protected].
You can ask about information relating to your enquiry, request correction, withdraw consent for an optional use, or ask us to review whether records can be deleted. Explain which enquiry or information you are asking about and the action you would like taken.
Please do not send full identity documents in the first message. Any necessary identity verification and limits relevant to your request can be discussed before further information is provided. Some records may need to remain for a business or legal purpose; we will explain relevant limits when handling the request.
